This hotel delivered fantastic comfort with a spacious room and a friendly staff that really went the extra mile! I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and cozy environment during our family visit.

There were some delays in replenishing breakfast items, causing inconvenience. Additionally, housekeeping could have done a better job on maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.

Our stay was mainly for the proximity to Desert Diamond Arena, which was just a short walk away. I appreciated the large pool and the social hour with complimentary food and drinks during the week. it was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast options were varied, making each morning pleasant, but the room showed signs of wear, and I noticed some cleanliness issues by the pool area. However, the overall convenience of the location made it a worthwhile experience.

The Staybridge Suites provided an excellent experience during my stay for work. The spacious two-bedroom suite featured a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, which was convenient for meal prep. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options including fresh pastries and hot items making it a great way to start the day. The staff was attentive and friendly, making check-in seamless. The location is ideal, close to the Westgate Entertainment District which offered plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The hot tub was colder than the pool.
